You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days from the day of the return or exchange is being processed and as long as you have made your exchange or return within 30 business days from delivery.

Apparel items should be washed cold, inside out, and cannot be ironed directly nor clean dried/ tumble dried.

We have put together a size chart to ensure you know how to order the right fit for your body type. All size guides are available on the product page. Size guide tab is also available at the bottom of the website. If you ever need more information about our sizing and styles, you are welcome to contact us at info@halobraxton.com and we will gladly guide you.

Some of you may find that you are in-between sizes in which case you should size up to ensure comfort and ease of movement.

Oh no, we wish there was a way to do this but it isn’t possible to edit your payment amount once your order has been placed. We suggest keeping the code for your next purchase!

You should have received your confirmation email within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you are still waiting and it has been longer than that then please get in touch with us at info@halobraxton.com.

When we hand over your order to the shipping company, it is no longer our responsibility. Should there be issues with your order, you will need to deal directly with the courier service to find a resolution. Remember that in some rare cases, packages do not arrive until 3 days after they have been marked as delivered. If it has been longer than 3 days, we recommend you lay a claim with the relevant company.
