If your tracking details are saying your order has been delivered but it’s nowhere in sight. Make sure you check your shipping address. Check with your neighbors or call your post office to find out if there was an attempted delivery.Please note that there are some instances where the package is marked as delivered as much as 36 hours before the delivery so you may need to wait up to 3 business days in this case. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that have been misplaced during shipping or not received due to theft or negligence. Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, we release liability and will not reship any packages that are marked as delivered.
