Return Information

You may return your item in 30 days from the day it gets shipped out. Submit a cancellation and note that you are responsible to send the item/s back to our warehouse on your own account should you require a refund or an exchange. 

Alternatively, you can claim a 100% store credit of your item total should you choose not to return it.

CANADA/USA & International Returns/Exchanges

Depending on the shipping method you sent your package to us with, please keep in mind travel time to our warehouse along with 5-7 business days for us to process your return once received.

We only accept returns sent by mail. Keep your proof of postage and your tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

Refunds will be sent to your original payment method on full priced items returned to us, after the item has been inspected and approved. 

Rules for returns:

‣ Must be returned within 30 days of the items being shipped from our fulfillment centers

‣ Items to be returned in their original packaging

‣ Tags to be attached to the unworn item/s

‣ Items that contain any evidence of wear, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

Should these rules not be followed, Halo Braxton reserves the right to return the item back to you upon the purchaser’s expense and/or not refund for that item.

In the event that the wrong order information is entered, there is a $45 charge that you will be responsible for to return and resend it with the right information.

If a size is sent out incorrectly due to an input error when placing the order then you will  be responsible for the cost of return and resending the correct size. If HALO BRAXTON was at fault then we will cover the cost.

Unfortunately not. We do not allow returns or exchanges after a full 30 days. Kindly decide whether you would like to keep your product or not within 30 days.

We do not provide return labels as you are responsible shipping costs should you wish to return your purchase. AGREE FOR HALO BRAXTON

From the day your parcel reaches our warehouse, our processing time is usually 5-7 business days). We will be in touch via email to confirm your refund has been processed which may take an additional 5 business days until it reflects in your bank account.

Unfortunately not. We do not allow returns or exchanges on sale or promo items.

Halo Braxton is shipped from Canada, so there may be import fees upon delivery to your country. You can find out more below. Note any orders from Canada will not be subjected to duties, and any orders in the US under $800 will not be subjected to duties. 

Import Duties

No import duties.

Orders over US$800 will incur varying amounts of import tax depending on the value of your purchase. You will find further details with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Orders over AUS$1000 will incur varying amounts of import tax depending on the value of your purchase. You will find further details with the Department of Home Affairs.

Orders over NZD$60  will incur varying amounts of import tax depending on the value of your purchase. You will find further details with the New Zealand Customs Service website.

Please visit your local air transport website to find out the relevant duties according to the value of your parcel.

Be sure to email us at info@halobraxton.com within 48 hours of placing your order. Use the subject line “CANCEL ORDER: (INSERT ORDER NUMBER)” and we will cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. 

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Please add info@halobraxton.com to your contacts or check your Junk/Spam folder if you have not received it. Alternatively, contact us at info@halobraxton.com 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR WRONG SIZE

Items with an approved manufacturing fault will be replaced or refunded to your original payment method. If the product is disapproved for a defect or considered out of warranty, it will be shipped directly back to you, at the consumer's expense.

PROCESSING

Before contacting us, please consider the following:
- Did you receive a confirmation email stating your order was dispatched?

- What does the tracking information provided say?

- Has there been an attempted delivery? Check with your local depot and neighbors.

- Has someone at your location received the delivery on your behalf?
- Have you contacted the shipping company responsible for delivering your package?
If none of these resolved the issue, please contact us at info@halobraxton.com with you order number so we may assist you.

Order Processing Notes

Shipment takes place on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Canadian Holidays.

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays, and sale periods.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

If you are an international customer who wishes to return or exchange any items then please note that you will be accountable for shipping fees. As long as returns are shipped back to us within 30 days of the delivery of your order and your items are in the same condition we sent them in, we will be able to send a refund. Returns can be sent back to our warehouse using your own courier method, just be sure to label the package with your order number to speed up the process.

If you would like to exchange your item then you will need to return it and purchase the item you would prefer through a new order.
